1. DIGITAL VIDEO PRODUCTION

We work together with the client or their representatives to make sure that the brief is complete, and to manage all project stages, outside contractors, and deliverables. Trebol entertainment is able to provide the complete production lifecycle for the creation of full length films, short films, television shows, infomercials, DVDs, and corporate videos.

We use an industry strength cameras and rigs for all shooting on studio or on location. Our work is fully digital, providing a robust recording for both standard (4x3) and widescreen (16x9) work.

2. NON LINEAR VIDEO EDITING

Nonlinear video editing uses powerful computers to create moving images, based on material from a variety of sources, for delivery in a variety of ways.

Here at Trebol Entretainment we provide a complete editing service, using a wide selection of the most advanced digital video tools.

A. CAPTURE SOURCE MATERIAL

First all of the source material must be captured onto the computer's hard disk.
Although some may already be on computer disks, the rest will be on analogue or digital video tapes of one format or another. These must be played, and the output recorded as data files on the computer's hard disk, before anything can be edited.

Some other common types of source material are: printed artwork, which we will scan; film, which we will get copied to video; and computer files containing still images or animations, which we will copy to hard disk as they stand.

B. COLOR CORRECTION

The next stage is to adjust any differences in color cast between the different bits of source material. The same source material shot on two different cameras, or at two different times of day by the same camera, can have a very different color cast.

This work is done at the start because, once different clips have been mixed and composted, it becomes almost impossible to correct the color.
The last job of the whole editing process is to color correct the whole production to give the right feel to it.

C. TITLES

In addition to the rest of the source material, a video production will have opening titles and ending credits, and may also have text and information on screen at other times.

These titles are designed, created and added to the relevant clips ready for final editing. They can be in any style desired, from simple subtitles, to moving titles and information boxes.]

D. VISUAL EFFECTS

Now that computers and software are used throughout the editing process, it has become easier to add stunning or subtle visual effects to video. The list is endless, limited only by imagination and timel.

E. FINAL EDITING

Then all of these pieces are edited together, one after the other, separated by transitions. Transitions can be anything from a simple cut, to dissolves, wipes, and dynamic 3d effects. The list is endless, again limited only by imagination and cost.
